About

Alex Estevez, editing and branding coach, during a one-on-one video editing and branding session in Los Angeles.

Alexis J. Estevez is a content producer and video coach whose work spans feature films, corporate videos, and social media content. His love for visual storytelling began early with a passion for creating comics that never quite left him.

After high school, Alex pursued that creative instinct at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, where a single class video assignment changed everything and set him on the path to filmmaking.

Alex moved to New York City shortly thereafter, where he immersed himself in the film industry. He drew storyboards, edited multiple short films, and successfully helmed his first feature, Animus. His talent and dedication caught the attention of major entertainment industry players, including Comedy Central and 20th Century Fox. Eventually, he made his way back to Los Angeles, where his creation of the dark comedy Harvard Court and the sci-fi romance I’m Not a Robot garnered numerous accolades.

Among notable achievements, an Outdoor Channel piece Alex directed and edited was honored with a Telly Award. He also made his mark producing and editing Dead Meat Walking: A Zombie Walk Documentary, featuring Norman Reedus (The Boondock Saints, The Walking Dead, Death Stranding) and horror icon Tom Savini.

Beyond film and coaching, Alex leads AJE Media, serving as producer, director, and editor on projects for brands including Macy’s, NASDAQ, and Yogurtland. A curated selection of this work can be viewed on his Vimeo portfolio.

He is also a licensed Realtor® in Los Angeles, using story-driven video and thoughtful messaging to highlight homes, neighborhoods, and the people behind them. Through his real estate YouTube channel, he blends market insight with personal narrative, helping families and investors understand not just the numbers, but the lifestyle and long-term story behind each property.

Today, Alex works with entrepreneurs, seasoned professionals, and real estate investors entering a more creative chapter in their lives. Drawing from both his filmmaking background and real estate experience, he helps clients clarify their message, shape a compelling narrative around their new direction, and show up online with confidence and authenticity across video, social media, and digital platforms.
